Please excuse the amateur cut. Here’s my go at some ribeye with a homemade middle eastern rub at 134.5 for 2.5 hours then seared on a cast iron skillet. Served with some zaatar fries, pita bread, salad and jalapeño tahini. I was not disappointed.
