For some unknown reason, you can enter the back of police cars... and even shoot out of the windows. Possibly a cut mechanic for being arrested?
Turns out playing as Male V we could have romanced Judy all along, however, it appears that this option was turned off in the final retail version of the game, the Male V and Judy romance is fully voiced so it is clear that it was cut content.
