Figured I'd point this out again with video footage. If you click/press on the finger print of the character confirmation screen it will say you're Johnny Silverhand for a split second with a bio before going back to normal.
Started my second playthrough and ran into a sandstorm mixed with light rain in the early morning had not seen this or encountered it in my first playthrough until now ,but wow was it a sight to behold
