I think the detail under the hood here truly shows this game is just unfinished not half-assed - it's still CDPR's own fault that it got released in this state though. Hopefully they learn from this and never make this mistake again. Sadly I feel like CP2

This is the first time I see such heavy rain in Night City - great effect. I think the weather random generator has been improved, because in the last few hours I have seen more rain in the game than in the entire game before.
