Prehistoric Planet basing a Nanuqsaurus and Pachyrhinosaurus hunt on wolves/bison is both a great analogue as both species have similar ecologies and demonstrates the nuanced relationship between predators and their prey.
Prehistoric Planet did it's job reminding that large herbivores are easily some the most intolerant/dangerous animals in nature, with no better representation than the one who "Fears Nothing".
As much as I'd love to see this unit of a Rex rend dinosaurs to red ruin, I can't help but respect Prehistoric Planet for showing us a more nuanced approach to the Tyrant King.
Prehistoric Planet is perhaps the first documentary to show the practicality of having feathers besides flight and insulation.
