< Previous First ever time smoking. It’s hard to find big slabs of brisket where I’m from (UK) and I just wanted to experiment with something a little smaller! Reverse sear ribeye! Seasoned with homemade rosemary salt and freshly ground pepper. Smoked at 225F and then seared until 130F internal. No idea why the video is upside down but the steak came out great. Next >
