< Previous Four days in with my Niche. This is an El Sal Black Honey that I roasted five days ago. 1:1.5 ratio 20g in 30g out. Ground on 18.5 on the Niche. The machine is my twenty year old Silvia, no PID or mods of any kind. I could watch that crema settle for ever. (Fiorentino Roast from Schamong, pulled with my Ascaso Dream PID) Next >
