< Previous Tried a slow smoke then sear with a 2.5 lbs ribeye on my outdoor vertical rotisserie. It’s Non traditional but dang it Turned out a amazing. That sizzle sound makes me drool How’d I do? First time trying Waygu (cross rib steak) Internal temp 140°, usually I go for 150° but I wanted to savor the meat flavor this time. Tastes like butter it’s insane. I see the light now.
