Anyone know this Kled bug/interaction (in ARAM Mayhem)? I had Upgraded Hubris and Upgraded Spectral Cutlass, but I don't think it's either of them. My passive just doesn't go on cd and my Courage bar refills rapidly. I did not have the cheating augment.
