< Previous First meet for Lindenwood! Went 4/6 and totaled 97/115/212 @73kg. Only hit my opening clean and jerk at 115 though. New PR! Always struggled with a hip shift to the right, but I think it's mostly fixed! Any suggestions to fix the imbalance in mobility the of my shoulders? Next >
