Im racing the Green Ferrari into the final chicane at Indianapolis and I feel I may have cut across him under braking or is it his fault? (Im the white and black BMW)

Who is at fault here? I am the silver car and I thought it was my corner. I didn't think I had to leave space as he wasn't on my wheel yet. If I am wrong please let me know.
